During my 30 years experience as a teacher, trainer and careers adviser, I was fortunate to be be introduced to the world of Holistic Therapies.
After my first Reiki treatment, I noticed an immediate calming effect in my stress levels and a peace of mind that I had long forgotten and became fascinated by the Mind, Body and Spirit Connection. In my work advising and mentoring clients and students , I found that so many people were holding themselves back by negative beliefs ,lack of self esteem and confidence and finding it difficult to cope with stresses and strains.
I realised that there was so much more that could be offered to help fulfil their potential and researched into Self Development and Holistic practices.
So, I gave myself some Careers Advice and re- trained as a Clinical Hypnotherapist, Reiki Practitioner and this year obtained Master Practitioner status in Emotional Freedom Techniques. I am a licensed member of the Association of Meridian Therapies.
After experiencing first hand the simple, effective results from EFT “Tapping” I am hooked and now tapping is a natural part of my everyday life.
For clients wishing to experience a more spiritual and metaphysical treatment, I will be offering in the near future Quantum Holographic Echo Healing.
